  • The UAAP is governed by a Board of Trustees composed of two representatives per school. As a common practice, the trustees of the host school are automatically appointed president and secretary-treasurer of the Board for the entire season. The UAAP Board of Trustees is the highest policy making body of the league, which decides on issues such as, but not limited to, player eligibility, game rules and changes, and imposing disciplinary actions.
